As a Registered Psychotherapist and Life coach, my approach to counselling encompasses the whole person – body, mind and spirit. I strongly believe that mastering our life challenges starts with self-awareness. During personalized counselling sessions – either in person or online — I will provide you with the tools you need to become more self-aware. We will work through your symptoms and discover the root causes of your emotional distress and conflict in order to heal them.
