No matter how busy you are, you can do this program! For each of the 28 days there are practical, fun, and transformative exercises that are divided into three levels that you can choose from according to your time availability each day:
- Level One (15-30 minutes) “Committed to Change”
- Level Two (30-60 minutes, includes level 1) “Going for It”
- Level Three ( includes level 1 & 2;take as long as you want) “Playing Full Out”
Gathering 1 – Introduction to the Program
Week 1 – Air Week (Days 1-7) – creating breathing space in your life we use the element of Air to work with our Intellectual Self – developing awareness by assessing & evaluating your life, clearing mental and physical clutter, accessing your intuition, identifying your limiting beliefs, aligning your life with your core values, making empowering commitments, exploring your soul mission.
Week 2 – Water Week(Days 8-14) – creating flow in your life we use the properties of Water to explore our Emotional Self – evaluate relationships, reframing life experiences, deep healing with early wounds, releasing victim-thinking, exploring energy levels, playing and exploring your dreams, being in gratitude.
Week 3 – Fire Week Days 15-21) – igniting your life with the element of Fire we work with our Spiritual Self – step into trust and faith, examining your fears, taking action, embracing your “shadow self”, unleashing your passion, being present, awakening your creative spirit.
Week 4 – Earth Week (Days 22-28) – awakening the natural forces within you using the element of Earth we work with our Physical Self – connecting with, “detoxing”, healing & nurturing your body, creating sacred space in your home, visioning for your future, connecting with nature.
Gathering 6 – The Quest: Building Your Daily Soul Practice – revisiting any of the program you didn’t feel “complete” with and prepares you for your Quest which officially wraps up the program.
